'Tis the Season

The Boston Bruins are finally back tomorrow, as they take on the New Jersey Devils for the season opener. Bruins fans have so many questions that honestly won't be answered prior to season start, and might not be answered for a couple weeks. I won't get into those questions tonight (podcast still coming) but here is what I can answer. Without Pastrnak to start the season, the starting lineup should look something like this:
Marchand – Bergeron – Studnicka
DeBrusk – Krejci – Kase
Ritchie – Coyle – Smith
Bjork – Kuraly – Wagner
Lauzon - McAvoy
Grzelcyk – Carlo
Zboril – Miller
Rask
Halak
It will be interesting to start the season but I am confident this group can adapt quickly. Once Pastrnak is back... watch out. Marchand will be playing healthy and at 100% for the first time in a couple season's. That's right, Marchand said himself that he's only been at about 80% the last few seasons. That's scary for any team in the MassMutual Division. For more on what to expect check out the pod once it is released.
